Honoring Cindy Chen Delano and Alex Roberto, the 9th Annual WheelsUp a celebration of our student’s positivity and power in this challenging year. We are especially lifting up the class of 2021, who have accomplished so much despite many obstacles, and who’s futures shine bright!
Our community celebrates every senior’s college decision or post-high school plan. A plenary speaker joins us, along with families, students and teachers, in this annual rite of passage. We will hold a virtual Decision Day on Friday, May 28th from 12 to 1 PM.
Every WHEELS senior presents a ‘portfolio’ , a presentation in which they reflect on their academic and personal growth to a panel of teachers, family and community members. Passage Portfolio Presentations provide our students with an opportunity to celebrate what they’ve learned and their readiness to move on to the next phase of their education. Volunteers serve as community panelists and listen to presentations, ask questions, and provide constructive feedback. Passage Portfolio Presentations will take place virtually throughout June, 2021.

We are seeking runners to join our FOW Marathon 2021 Team to run the NYC TCS 2021 Marathon on Sunday, November 7th. Join our team and join our community! Each runner commits to raising $3,500 that directly supports our programs and young people.
We are seeking trailblazers to join our team! Whether new to running or a longtime runner, our FOW Team will inspire our community, as we begin to build and heal from COVID, while completing the NYC marathon!
Runners receive group and personalized training support and coaching, team building with the FOW Team and tools and guidance to reach their fundraising goals. Once a runner, always a part of our FOW community!
